BOOTH INFORMATION
Los Visionarios Sponsors receive priority placement.
However, if additional booth spaces are purchased, the
spaces will be confirmed as outlined under “Payment
Terms”. All other booth spaces will be assigned
on a first-come, first-served basis on receipt of 100%
payment per “Payment Terms.” Sponsors receiving
booth spaces as part of their benefits are asked to
confirm their participation by July
30, 2008 for priority placement.
Booths are 8'x10', except for the Los Visionarios Sponsors
that are 10'x10' and include skirted table, exhibitor
sign, carpet, wastebasket, and two chairs.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full must
be received no later than July 30, 2008
for booth assignments.
BOOTH CANCELLATION POLICY
Booth cancellations after August 15, 2008 will result
in a 25% cancellation fee.

Exhibitor Move-in:
Saturday, Sept 27 from 8:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday, Sept 28 from 8:00am - 8:00pm
Monday, Sept 29 from 8:00am - 12:00pm
Expo Hours:
Monday, Sept 29 from 2:15pm - 5:45pm
Tuesday, Sept 30 from 1:15pm - 4:15pm
Exhibitor Move-out:
Tuesday, Sept 30 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Wednesday, Oct 1 from 8:00am - 8:00pm
BOOTH REGISTRATION
Booth Registration appears on the Event Registration
Form linked to the Registration tab of this site. On
the form you will find the "Sponsor/Exhibitor -
Booth Registration" option, where you will be able
to register for the booth that you want at the conference.
All instructions on payment are listed on the form.

After you've registered the booth, you will need to
go back and register any booth workers. You get four
(4) free booth workers with the purchase of an 8x10
booth, however, these four may not attend sessions.
Any person wishing to also attend sessions must sign
up as a member or non-member.
