*POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN
Children over 13
may attend the Expo and Gala Dinner only provided
they are accompanied by their parents, pre-identified
by name, and wearing assigned badges that will be
provided on-site. Parents agree to accept all liability
for their children.
CONVENTION BUSINESS SESSIONS
The convention business sessions are open to only
registered convention attendees. Badges must be
worn for admittance to all scheduled functions.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Rooms are available at The Arizona Biltmore
Resort & Spa from September 26th - October
2nd at the negotiated NAHREP rate of $159.
Please Note: The hotel
cut-off is August 22nd. You must reserve your
room prior to this date in order to receive the
negotiated rate. After this date, you are subject
to hotel availability.
Cancellation Policy: You
must cancel your hotel reservation at least 72
hours prior to arrival. If you cancel within the
timeframe, you will forfeit one night's room rate
+ taxes.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Package Pricing – Registration is non-refundable.
Food Functions are refundable until August
31, 2008 at "discounted package
price".
A la Carte Pricing – There will
be a 50% penalty on the Registration fee if cancelled
prior to August 31, 2008. Food Functions
refundable until August 31, 2008.
There will be no refunds on registration
or food functions cancelled after August
31, 2008.
